At Sollos we have a reasonable Returns Policy, recognising that many items are being purchased as a gift for someone else. Returns are not available in the event a customer changes their mind or no longer wants an item purchased.
We are able to accept returns of items that are in original, unused condition, within one month of purchase on presentation of proof of purchase (your receipt or our in-store customer loyalty records). Returned items may be exchanged with other items in store or store credit or a gift card.
Any item that is obviously faulty will be exchanged or fully refunded.
Any costs associated with return by post are the responsibility of the customer, unless you are returning an item that is obviously faulty or incorrectly selected for delivery.
